You will need Cheese (reasonably firm like cheddar)
Apple, pineapple, pear, melon, grapes or other firm fruits
Vegetables you can eat raw such as cucumber, carrot and tomato

Cocktail sticks
What to do 1. Cut the cheese into small cubes about 1.5 cm square.

2. Chop the fruit or vegetables into similar sized pieces.

3. Slide a mixture of cheese and fruits or vegetables onto each cocktail stick.

4. Eat as healthy bite size snacks or serve with dips and other food.
