Cheese (reasonably firm like cheddar) Apple, pineapple, pear, melon, grapes or other firm fruits Vegetables you can eat raw such as cucumber, carrot and tomato Cocktail sticks |

What to do |
1. Cut the cheese into small cubes about 1.5 cm square. 2. Chop the fruit or vegetables into similar sized pieces. 3. Slide a mixture of cheese and fruits or vegetables onto each cocktail stick. 4. Eat as healthy bite size snacks or serve with dips and other food. |
